We have a Terminal Services website that downloads an .rdp file for connecting to our remote app. When first opening the link, a windows security prompt will ask if you trust it, what resources to redirect, and presents a 'do not show this prompt' checkbox. Some of our clients are not able to see their redirected drives in the remoteapp, Ive narrowed it down to they disabled drive redirection when first walking through the security prompt. They must have also checked the 'do not show' checkbox as they no longer get the security prompt where they can enable it.

My question is how can they re-enable drive redirection for this specific .rdp connection file when the security prompt is disabled? It seems like if they disabled it there is no way to re-enable it
