trying to build a webapp using yolov4,converted the yolov4 weights to tensorflow weights.Using tensorflow==2.3.0rc0 using 2 files helper2.py and app.py

Please explain me what changes do i need to make in this code to run it properly

If you wang to use absl.flags, please ensure that your Python file is as same format as following.

from absl import app, flags

flags.DEFINE_string("name", None, "Your name.")

def main(argv):
    pass

app.run(main)

So, you can run it likepython yourfile.py -name=something.

If you just want to run this app, is a better way to embed flags.DEFINEs as constants into your code.
