I wanted to use unified remote app on my mobile to communicate with my PC. But the mobile app was not able to find the server i created on my PC.
I went to troubleshooting and saw that one of the reasons could be that my mobile is not able to ping my PC. Both are connected to the same wifi. And yeah It was not able to ping.
I went on creating a new Inbound rule in windows defender firewall to allow connection from my mobiles IP. Still it was not able to ping.
Now i am totally confused and no clue whatsoever why it happening. Any leads would be appreciated.
By the way i an using an app called Ping Tools to ping from my mobile to PC.
