Use active-x from Delphi/C++Builder without registering them

I have an application that uses a few 3rd party active-x controls.

Currently I register them from my installer, but it requires that the user has admin privileges. I would like to avoid this so it can be run by any user.

I have heard application virtualization tool Molebox mentioned, which basically creates a virtual OS for the app so no registration to the real system is needed. Have you used it, and does it work well on all Windows XP+ platforms?

Are there any other ways to do it, or similar products to research?
