Block your website to be visible on phones

Question

For personal reasons I don't want my website to be visible from the phones. The main page has the login forms and so there is two choices: Either a person should be redirected to another page or He should not be able to see or to fill out this forms. (From the phone) The web application is in PHP, HTML, Javascript (jQuery) and uses mySQL (If this information is needed).

So how can I make this website not accessible from the phones?

Thank god not much people know about weinre. You can use @media queries to detect the screen size and remove the contents accordingly.

The max-device-width works only on devices and not on desktops. This is a way of doing using CSS.

In JavaScript, well, I don't like it, but if we make UA-Sniffing, we can do something like:

there are two methods available to detect mobile device

1.by its Width

2. by User Agent.

and the User Agent is the recommended one, try this..
