How can we make 3d websites like these ones?
I would like to know how could we make websites like these ones, exactly what technologies should we use and if you could provide some tutorials for those, that'd be great.

have you tried http://creativejs.com/ ?
You say "just WebGL" but then added a threejs tag. There are a number of three.js tutorials on the web, just search!
