I am a biologist who learned about computers a self-taught way. Important part of my activities is to develop software, especially for molecular biology prior knowledge integration and lipidomics LC MS/MS data analysis. I do Python, R, javascript, PHP, BASH, MySQL. I am a typography enthusiast and use LaTeX for all my slides and manuscripts, with beamer and TikZ. I enjoy Linux system administration and networking, I set up and maintained medium size servers and networks. I have git repos also at Bitbucket.
