My real name is Richard but I also go by Tek'eek or Tekeek. My website link should describe my more tech and geek side. This profile is a work in progress; hopefully I will have it completed sooner rather than later. I currently help support 160k+ users across a Global networking environment. Supporting nearly every application on the market (proprietary, open source, and custom), laptops, desktops, networks, mobile devices, printers, etc. My primary focus is Remote access SME (mobile devices, network access, vpn, software, etc) and International SME (all of the above but with more focus on users in approximately 70 countries).
