My career in software has spanned many languages and platforms including large builds for global properties, financial applications, mobile apps and challenging builds for MMO mobile games. While I have been managing teams for the majority of my career, I am extremely hands-on and actively developing. I focus on fullstack development using JavaScript as well as C#/Unity3D.

I have a proven track record spanning 2 decades delivering award-winning projects for leading international, and local brands, including Toyota, Samsung, MSN & Microsoft.

I have been fortunate to judge leading industry awards and was the founder and organizer of the Code Craftsmanship Meetups, a 320 member meetup of software craftsman focussing on progressive technology and best practices.

I have traveled extensively, living in several countries and now in the US. I am a certified Yachtmaster with a deep love for the ocean and have sailed across the South Atlantic Ocean from South Africa to the Caribbean with my family on Evenflow, our 40' Sailing Catamaran.
