My name is John Tolle. I'm an engineer / data scientist in Houston. I help teams make decisions, learn from experiments and existing data, and solve problems.

I currently do statistical analysis and data science with R and the tidyverse. I'm good at translating between business problems and technical solutions. I've improved decisions at Shell worth tens of millions of dollars this way.
