Since graduating from Monash University, I have worked as an electronics designer and firmware developer for some well-known organizations including NEC and National Semiconductor, though in recent years I have primarily consulted in database and application development.

My primary areas of expertise lie in the non-profit and tertiary education sectors. My skills center on database design, administration and programming and applications development - particularly with VB.NET - and focused on Blackbaud products such as The Raiser's Edge and The Financial/Education Edge.

Nearly 15 years' experience with all aspects of The Raiser's Edge – including back-end SQL, macro development, plug-ins, etc – probably places me on the upper tier of Raiser's Edge development experts.
