I worked for Renesas for 3 years after graduation, as an FE engineer of R8C and RL78 series.

Later, I moved to the current company, which is a small local company. My responsibility is to design the SoC/MCU structure, peripherals, and to maintain the integration of some interface IPs. I performed synthesis and STA check in some projects at chip top, until the BE team have enough human resource and take over these 2 jobs. Once in a project I also ran DFT flow because the BE engineers all went into a company-wide important project.

I use Verilog only for design, and am familiar with Synopsys tools. Use a little simple Perl and Tcl for scripting.
