I love coding, but what it's really a motivation for me it's the process to let my teams understand that every day we have something to learn and that let us improve as a human as a professional.

I'm looking the way to improve myself and life of people that surrounds me all the time. I'm convinced that be part of a team is understand that sometimes someone won't be ok and you need to be there to help it and vice versa.

My motivation is view how we grow, no matter if it is a zig zag path, I'm in a zig zag path... but always forward, rising and shining my friend.
