I have been programming for over 5+ years. I've never stopped learning or teaching during that time. I work hard to write good, reliable and maintainable code. I like to think of my code as "smart but not too clever". I know when to optimize, and when to let the compiler optimize. I can lead and I can follow. I can work alone or in groups. I can design and I can follow other people's designs.
