I signed up here because I've always found this place to be a valuable resource for all sorts of different programming issues (obviously).

Over the years I've dealt with issues in every area imaginable from .NET, to JavaScript, to CSS, PHP, to Flash. Recently I've been teaching myself the Android SDK. I found a ton of really good pointers here that helped me solve some pretty wild problems.

As such, I figured it would be a good idea to sign up and return something to the community. I'm quickly finding that this place is pretty strict. You'd better know what you're talking about before you provide an answer or you will get slapped on the wrist. :)
