Objective

My objective is to support and assist team to incrementally progress in terms of applying industry best practices, modern architectural styles, improved NFRs and platform evolution. I prefer to work with leadership and engineering team together to help myself better understand the organizational culture and principles and shape my communication, presentation and execution skills for maximum efficiency. And last but not the least, I keep reminding myself to give up the ego and be a constant learner and innovator.
