I started as a network / hardware guy, but I was exposed to MS SQL early on. After dabbling in several languages, I decided to dive deep into ColdFusion (around the MX release). Over the years I created numerous custom apps for clients - mostly in a Linux / CF / MySQL / JS stack.

I took some time to run a successful cycling ecommerce site, which had me doing more managing than coding. My current role has me doing a good mix of CF development and management.

Lately, I've been teaching myself Node... specifically the MEAN stack.
