I was the founding CTO of BIVA, the second stock exchange in Mexico. I believe in free markets and think there are too few of them and those that exist can see much improvement and like to give my two cents on the market. I am a programmer by education and calling, but since i like to see things complete, I have tried pretty much every job on the IT book, except security, for which I have no talent... too much of an open source, free thinking guy to really have a knack for it. But everything else? you bet I have programmed everything that accepts code.. from microprocessors to telescopes to trading software.
