Khayyam, as you may know, was a great Persian poet, philosopher, polymath, mathematician, and astronomer. I deeply interest his works and mostly, his poetries.

Also, Khayyam has lots of great jobs in math. such as Khayyam-Pascal triangle which you may know as Pascal Triangle.

Here is one of his poetries which I took from Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam translated by Edward FitzGerald

 Of threats of Hell and Hopes of Paradise!
 One thing at least is certain—This Life flies;
   One thing is certain and the rest is Lies;
 The Flower that once has blown for ever dies.
