I'm a masters student in statistical computing. I write almost exclusively in R. I use R for school and for independent research projects. I've been coding for about 3 years now and I really like it. I'm on stack overflow to give and receive help with simple to intermediate problems and to avoid making the folks on the R help mailing list angry.
