I am an experienced lead engineer with a focus on building distributed systems and web-based applications. I have been involved in all aspects of the software engineering cycle from hiring/building a team, designing/writing core features of a system to managing the project delivery.

While working in these roles, I have become fascinated with organisational behaviour, engineering management and practices to allow engineers to succeed. I believe my experience and character enables me to have a meaningful impact as I strive to build great teams and organisations.
