I have a problem about babel in java script, after running below command, I recive a error that I will write next in below:
I try to execute a file that name is app.js into a another file with babel:
babel app.js -o output.js --presets env
but I recieve a error like this:
babel : File C:\Users\parisa\AppData\Roaming\npm\babel.ps1 cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system
could you help me please?
