I was exploring options to migrate from ADX portal 7.0.21.0 (On-premise CRM) to the PowerApps portal (Online D365 CE). We are using Microsoft Lift and Shift approach to move CRM Database to the Online instance. With that, all the ADX portal managed solutions and portal data is already moved to the Online instance.
What would be the best approach to upgrade this ADX portal to PowerApps portal without losing data.
