I'm trying to deploy a war file from Jenkins using tomcat7-maven-plugin version 2.2 into Apache Tomcat 9 server.

Th deployment fails with HTTP 413 error.

The manual deployment works fine. There are no limits set on the tomcat server configurations as well. Tried 413 request entity too large apache "tomcat" as well with no luck. Any thoughts on why the issue?
