Looking at enter link description here I see that there are examples in which the NSS is not just:
urn:NID:NSS
, likeurn:doctors:family:gbernstain
, orurn:lex:eu:council:directive:2010-03-09;2010-19-UE
but it looks like:
urn:NID:NID:NID:NSS
, basically you can have an unlimited number of columns, likeurn:doctors:family.gbernstain
In this IEFT spec instead, I see that they prefer using a .
like urn:NID:NSS1.NSS2.NSS3
I was wondering if there is a standard that is more suggested than another or one of the two is a misinterpretation of the standard
