very straight foward: I have this matrix called "je" 2 columns (1 character and the other numeric), 150 rows
Do you know any way i can rank-order this data according to their "Hospital.30.Mortality.Rate" value? (i.e. that the hospitals get redestributed according to their Mortality, the hospitals with lower ones being on the top) i Know this might sound way to basic, but i am a new in R and Im having a hard time solving this
