I am trying to install Jenkins slave as service and service is started and running but it is failed to download agent.jar from my Jenkins server to local dir

used below links for Jenkins slave intallation as a windows service https://hayato-iriumi.net/2019/05/23/how-to-install-jenkins-slave-as-windows-service/

JNLP Connections are deprecated in Jenkins what is the new recommended way connecting a windows slave to jenkins?

Jenkins-slave.xml

  <logmode>rotate</logmode>
