Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysqli_stmt_get_result()

I am just starting out with PHP and I'm creating a user registration/login system.

I'm using the get_result function but it appears that SiteGround (My hosting provider) is not enabling mysqlnd for me to use it. I'm just wondering if anyone knows a workaround or if anyone knows a hosting provider who will actually give me some freedom.
