Unable to find element in dropdown embded in table with unselectable="on

I have a dropdown value which i cannot access: I have not seen something like this before. The value is trying to click = "ext-gen380" noted below in bold

<em id="ext-gen380" class="x-btn-split" unselectable="on" style="background-color: rgb(242, 245, 247);">
</td>

Even when i click with WebElement with Selenium IDE and then click on Find button, it cannot find it.

The code above is how it is setup. I am looking to access: , It is not inside a frame, i checked. Its inside a table. I tried to get table's attributes w/o any success either. – 9 PENCE Jul 13 '15 at 08:42
