i have a case when i have to use file_get_contents to insert the data into the database. i use 2 separate database, mysql and firebird.

i have no problem with mysql, the problem is with the firebird, because the domain that my company uses doesn't support interbase yet, so i have to submit the data trough the script stored in the local server. the question is how do i pass parameter / data to the script that stored in the local server using file_get_content i've read this reference here

which is array and then run the insert query. oh i use codeigniter

As i know, you can't do that. Serialize it first, or send the array as JSON, and parse on receiver. – Iqbal Fauzi Apr 02 '14 at 03:31
