What is a good program for coding PHP/MySQL?

I've been using Dreamweaver 8 and it seems like it could be better for PHP.

I indent my code, and I comment a lot to keep everything organized, but it seems like there could be something out there that would make while loops, etc. easier to visualize.

Preferably something free and Linux compatible would be nice.
